At RifleTec we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products.

Our Return Process:

1. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return it. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, in most cases, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund. Please reach out if you believe your situation warrants an extension of this timeline.

2. The item must be undamaged and in its original condition.

3. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that any shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
